**Terms and conditions**

1. Orders with incomplete details will not be processed.

2. For delivery within Singapore, postage of $1.50 will be charged for normal mail per item ordered. For registered mail, an additional $2.20 will be added.

3. For customers outside Singapore, please email us for shipping arrangements and payment details.

4. All items sold will be checked for defects before being shipped out. No refunds will be made unless the design and colour of item ordered defers from the order email sent. Please notify us within 2 days upon receipt of goods of wrong design and colour.

5. Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense.
